Lemon and pine nut patties
Ingredients
- 800g lamb mince
- 75g toasted pine nuts
- 1/2 chopped fresh mint
- 1 tbs lemon rind
- 3 tsp cumin
- 1 egg
- Babaghanoush to serve

- Combine ingredients, mix patties. Cook on bbq.
- Serve with Tabouli.
